About two months ago, whenever I have the

fan on, I get this clicking noise which can

be heard both inside and outside of the car.

Occasionally I thought I smelled warm rubber at the same time. Sometimes I can get it to go quiet for a spell. There’s 79,000 miles on the car. Help!!

You probably have leaves or such that have made their way down into the blower compartment. If so, the solution is to go in and remove them.
