# Warranties for previously bought Chrysler

I bought a Chrysler minivan before the government guaranteed the Chrysler warranties. Does anyone know what happened to the warranty for my car as a result of the bankruptcy and sale to Fiat?

If your vehicle is still under warranty as per mileage and time, then there is nothing to worry about. That is what the government has quaranteed.

The terms of the warranty as it it written still apply and will be honored by whatever remains of Chrysler when the dust settles.
