VW bug engine seized - out of oil

I completely agree, I drive my 64 bug 30k miles a year, but it asks a fair amount of tinkering by today’s standards. I check my oil EVERY TIME I drive it (virtually every day), adjust my brakes once a week, got electronic ignition (no points to replace,) adjust my valves/ change my oil religiously, and carry a box of spares/ necessary tools. Its what you gotta do, or start paying someone to visit your bug frequently! lol
