My 2000 S70 surges when above 2000RPM. At highway speeds, it speeds up, slows down, when on level ground or down slope. Going up an incline it runs fine. I’m thinking vacuum hose leak, anyone got any ideas? Trany software up to date, as well as electornic throttle software.
