Recently changed the battery in my S40, this morning put in the key turned to the right and nothing. Key will also not turn to full left position to release. No power whatsoever, can’'t lock the doors even. Is this a fuse issue, electrical issue, ???

See if you can turn the steering wheel to the left and right as you try to turn the key to the left. There might be pressure on the steering column keeping the key from turning.

I think you can’t lock the doors because the key is still in the ignition. Many high end cars won’t let you lock the keys in the car.
