I do not know, possible. I had the automatic, for some reason Ford imported those from the worst car country in the western world—France, but I never had a problem with any part of that truck.

For me, my three liter V6 Ranger was barely adequate.

I have heard a lot of people say that, even though the same “Vulcan” V-6 was used in the Taurus sedan, which people were mostly satisfied with.

We have other regulars that consider 2.2 liter K Cars more than adequate.

Can confirm. I have owned several Chrysler vehicles with the similar 2.5L NA engine, and the power and performance are fine. In fact, because these engines were designed for high torque at low RPMs rather than high maximum HP, the acceleration from a standstill is very good.

However, I never got used to the Falcon’s 90 hp/138 lb ft of torque. Merging onto a highway was always a white knuckle experience with that car.

It’s part of the driving a slow car fast excitement.
