This is a long shot, but I was hoping there may be someone from Bellingham WA that knows of a reputable mechanic to bring my 1999 Toyota Camry in town. Or if anyone knows of a free website that gives good reviews.

go the the Car Talk home page, bottom right is Mechanics files. Put in your Zip code and you should find several recommendations.
