can anybody help me locate where the sppe sensor on a 2000 nissan sentra might be? i know its on the transmission block but not sure exactly where

Could you possibly mean the SPEED SENSOR? And are you getting a trouble code of P0720?  
Just a moment, while I get my repair manual…

yes i did get that code. my speedometter seems to go up and down plus tranny is not shifting right. according to auto zone its the speed sensor.
