-trusted volvo mechanics have worked on transmission arrow light and inability to get out of winter-mode - repaired  
  
 -second, replaced transmission  
  
 -arrow light continues to flash; with computer showing an issue  
  
 -they can’t find the issue  
  
 -Frank says the car works fine - they’ve never seen this before.  
  
 HELP!  
  
 I want my car back - been in the shop over a month -
