Kid has 08 equinox with tpms. I put on wheels with no sensors and she had tpms dash light. Last week I moved same wheels to another 08 equinox I recently picked up and have driven it several hundred miles and I do not have tpms dash warning light. I checked with key on and light is working. So, why no warning light? When I go thru message center it says “xx” on each wheel location. So system sees no input from missing sensors.
Yes. System did work on car #2 when I bought it.
Internet seems to say I need to drive a bit longer and maybe at a higher speed.

Normally a “No signal” or “Loss of transmitter signal” fault will set after 10 miles of driving. Is this something you need to fix?

Car #2 has no warning light. So there is no problem detected. So, do I want to fix it? Probably not. Just like to know why I don’t get a warning light.
