Toyota Dealer used 5W-20 (manual says 5W-30) during an oil change

That’s like Briggs and Stratton who now say to use synthetic 5-30 in everything. Makes it simple to use the same oil in every small engine whether winter or summer. (I do tend to see a slightly higher oil usage in my mower though compared to straight 30 wt-like maybe 6 oz a year)
