Most engines only have one oil pressure port. The location of the port tends to vary with the engine, but are usually located between the oil pump and oil filter. And I have seen one Ford where it was located in the cylinder head. But, for the most part, anywhere in the pressurized circuit will give you an accurate enough reading. There may be very slight variations due to losses in the turns snd such, but those will be very minor, and may not be noticeable on most guages.

That Wiki article may be a “rule of thumb”. I just looked at the 2002 Camry FSM both the V6 and 4 cyl. are 4.3 psi. or more at idle and 36-78psi (V6 43-78psi) or more at 3000 RPM. I think that stating a psi range for the 3000 RPM is a bit silly, once you get to the minimum number the top of the range is irrelevant as you have already met the “minimum, or more” requirement. Then again what I think is probably just as irrelevant because I didn’t make the specs I just repeat them.
