# Tinting for hot weather - Yes or no?

A state CAN report the speeding ticket to your insurance company.

Oklahoma is a member of the Non-resident violator contract ( NVC ) . Maybe 10 years ago the state may not have been member. But they are now and a Google search will show that not paying the fine can be more expensive than the fine.
