Cappy, I wish I could answer all your questions, but I’ve got to go now. I never posted anything before and wrote it down really fast. I felt like I was writing too much, so I tried to condense it. I should have written the exact facts in the order they occurred along with all the money amounts that were quoted to me so it wasn’t confusing. But I have read your comments (and everyone else’s, good and bad)and I have the information I need to make a decision. Your knowlege has been very helpful. Next time I have even a simple question, I’m going to come to this forum. I really appreciate everything you had to say. Thanks for your help. Have a nice weekend everybody! ---

Nice job of bailing out OP. You don’t have time to answer a few simple questions and provide a few figures but yet you have the time to provide a final post that required more time and thought than what would have been involved in answering those few simple questions.
