The perfect project/restoration car

i had no idea the blazer looked like that back in 90 oh man the one i juste looked up is nice. and im so adding that to my car list of ones to find.

I would not suggest these cars. I had a 6000 and a 2000, they were junk. I am sorry to say and I am a Pontiac fan.

Just take a look at a 1967 Mercury Cougar XR7, they share many of the same parts has a Mustang so they are cheap for some parts.
I believe they are the most over looked and under appreciated muscle car of the 60’s.

Look for one that is from Arizona or California so that the rust issue will not be a big problem. I have found cars in these areas are virtually rust free and solid for a restoration.
And ask your self this question: if your going to put your energy and time in to something, basically your life do you want it to be like everyone else or do you want to express your self differently?

No matter what car you choose, make it truly YOU. Make it your legacy.

a mercury cougar huh? think thats the car my neighbor has i think hes almost given up on repairing ive barely seen him out working on it. but your right they are a pretty neat car. ill look into those

they are sexy cars…sit down and look deep into the grill of a 67 or 68 Cougar and it will take you…lol

millions of these cars were sold and still roam the roads, how many times have you ever seen a mustang that blew up because of the gas tank?
And if you are worried about it they make a metal plate that sites just behind the back seat to help with that. they are 40 years old so the technology matches what the car was back then and they are still on the road after all these years.

very very nice. man some cars i cant believe i forget
