This is an incredible new tell all book about Automotive Dealership Service Departments.  
  
 You owe it to yourself to read this.  
  
 It is easy reading for all car owners. Weather your car is under warranty or not. It is filled with great stories you will most likely feel you have been a part of.  
  
 this book will guide you through setting up your next service appointment to picking up your vehicle feeling fully satisifed you were in control.

Yes it can help people.
