Or coins in the ashtray… Or empty glass bottle in the trunk… Or Hot Wheels cars in the AC ducts…

Or back in the good old days of union labor disputes, a coke can welded inside the lower rear quarter panel…

Yup!  
That seemed to be a fairly notorious occurrence at GM’s Lordstown factory.  
… and now that factory is gone…  
Hmmmm…
