I had prolem with the cruise and horn. I changes colck spring and still did not work. The 2nd time I asked, somebody told to check the fuses. I did but not the one under the hood. It was a 20 amp fuse. Thanks again

I did not help you but thank you for the follow up.  
It is helpful and good to know the end fix and I wish more would do it.
