How do you remove tel-aid from a 2001 e320 Mercedes Benz sedan.
My car wants to call emergency number and then tell me to take to the shop for repairs.
When this is going on my radio is muted.
Thanks.

Assuming this is the same vehicle that has water in it you might just want to bail on this thing. The other thing is you may have to spend some serious money at a Mercedes dealer to solve the problems.

There’s a Technical Service Bulletin for your vehicle called, TeleAid Runaway. #P-B-82.95/305.

From what I’m reading, the vehicle has to be taken to the dealer for this issue.
