If I trade in my car as a deposit to buy a new car. Do I need to pay for the whole tax of the new car? or I just need to pay for the cash part’s tax.

Depends on your state. Some states tax only the net cash sale after trade in; others may have different tax rules. You need to talk to your state Dept of Revenue or DMV to find out.
