# Subaru Forester Stalling on Braking

My 2002 Forester has developed a stalling issue in the last few months. It starts easy and runs fine until I decelerate from freeway speeds to stop at a traffic light when it stutters and occasionally stalls. It acts like it is idling too low at the stop light. The first mechanic I took it to couldn’t find anything wrong.  
  
 Any thoughts on what to have my next mechanic look at?
