Great progress. Try twisting force with long pry bar. Left and right might loosen it up a little more. Pry one way and hit with hammer (not the pry bar). Then the other way. I have never tried it.
Ok so I finally got it out, last night I pounded it all the way in to the receiver, applying blaster every time it moved. tonight I managed to get the ball out using an impact gun and a big pipe wrench (god I hate it when there’s no place on the ball to put a wrench) and hooked a chain to the eye. I hooked the other end of the chain to a full roll off container and put it in 4 low. A few drops of the clutch later and it pulled loose, thankfully it just kind of slid out at the last pull and didn’t fly out and hit anything. Thanks to everyone for your advice, I think I tried pretty much everything everyone said before it finally came loose. if you ever have the same problem, just remember, pound it in first and then pull on it and you can never use to much penetrating oil.
