# Sticking Speedometer Needle

Hi folks, I have a 1996 VW Jeeta aka (Schnitzel Burner) has 171,000 miles and my speedometer needle jumps up and down, only when I bang on the dash board it goes to the correct speed while I’m driving. Is this an easy fix?
