hi, i have a 2000 sub outbk & there is a noise i get when i turn the car left.

while at a stop, if i crank the wheel either way, there is no noise whatsoever.

when making a left hand turn, there is noise only while the steering wheel is being turned. there is no noise if i turn it & hold the wheel steady. the noise seems worse while turning the wheel back to straight.

the noise is not a metal sound, neither a clicking sound, but is more like a scrubbing noise & i feel it in the steering wheel as well.

the power steering fluid is ok, & there is no noise coming from the pwr steering pump. any ideas ???

Has to be in the tires. Have the inflation level checked, and make sure the hubcaps are on completely if it has them.
