You call a road side service . You may have towing on your insurance or you might still have road side service under your Lincoln warranty . In the manual it will show the way to start your vehicle if the key fob battery is dead.

Acura’s display a warning on the dashboard when the key fob battery is weak, It is easy ro change if you place it button side down when you open it. If the buttons fall out, you have a nice puzzle.
