How can I disconnect the sports mode on the 1991 Honda accord? It will shift into sports mode without changing the sports button on the shift handle. ---

Hmm… I was skeptical that that car had a sports mode, but I guess it does. If you can get the transmission computer out, you could take it to an electronics repair shop, such as Radio Shack, a TV repair shop, Best Buy, etc. They can do the visual inspection and repair. It could work. Also, check the sport switch in the shifter handle.
