Do a fast google and ye shall find. There are several companies who offer a front mounted receiver hitch and tire carrier, to include JC Whitney. Drawtite, Reese and Valley all offer them. I found that the best price was at my local trailer/ATV dealer. Bonus was I got installation for a decent price. Given your year and model, you may find a bolt on installation.

If you google something, you lose all the excuse you need to go to Barnes & Nobles and look at truck magazines. The truck magazines will often give you a website address but keep it a secret if you want that cappuccino.
