Well since a vast majority actually ignore the real “Check Engine Light” on a widespread and regular basis… Perhaps people may respond better to some sort of Emoji style light… Hey… you could be onto something here.

Like having a really unhappy or “sick” looking sad face with a Hot Water Bottle on its head Emoji would get the attention of the general population a little more effectively ?

**Scary pumkin ideas**

That CEL gourd is rather frightening to me, but I’m afraid that to many people it just looks normal. I’d be sure to make it _flash on and off_, but I’m afraid that would be no more scary to too many folks.
