That’s where I’m at for oil and filter service. 6 months/5,000 miles. I make short trips with well over 100miles highway per week. I’m usually a bit over 4,000 miles. I manually check the oil level and visual condition every Saturday. I don’t have an oil life monitor and feel no need for one. $60 per year plus 2 car washes and vacuum seems like quite a bargain to me when I can no longer do it myself.
