# Saturn SL1 Windshield Wipers WONT shut off

I have a 98 SL1. The windshield wipers will not turn off once started, unless the car is turned off. One other thing, the speed control of the wipers no longer works either… one speed only once their going. I would greatly appreciate any feedback.

With both problems it would appear to be the switch at the end of the control.
