Please consult the owner’s manual for the answer to this question.

Or call the service department of your dealership if there is no mention of it.

Most run flat tires are worn out before you ever have a chance to rotate them. That’s been my experience.

You are supposed to read your Owner’s Manual.
The manual will tell you if you are supposed to rotate those run-flat tires.

And just in case your owners manual was sucked into the vacuum of space by extra-terrestrials, yes, you are supposed to rotate run flat tires, with very limited reasons why you shouldn’t.

You shouldn’t rotate run flat tires only if these two conditions exist on your car:

Your front and rear tires are different sizes (225/40-17 front, and 255/35-17 rear for example) and;
The tires are directional.

If the tires are asymmetrical, then you can rotate them left to right, but not front to rear is they are different sizes.

The real question you should be answering is:

Why do you think run flat tires don’t need to be rotated?

BC.

"…If the tires are asymmetrical, then you can rotate them left to right, but not front to rear is they are different sizes…

Sorry, but asymetrical tires can be rotated just like regular tires - it’s just that they have to be mounted on the wheels correctly to begin with.

Directional tires can only be rotated on the smae side (front to rear), and should not be swapped side to side.
