Are there any cars offered for sale in the U.S. with the front seat restraints attached to the seat, so that the restraints move when the seat is adjusted?

Non that I’ve owned or ridden in if you mean belt restraints ? Boy, that would be a tough way to anchor well and provide the correct angle for someone very tall. You want to be held in place during a collision and I wouldn’t trust that little latch on a seat adjuster to do it.

I don’t know if they are still made that way, but a few years ago, Cadillacs had their shoulder harnesses attached to the seats instead of the roof pillar.

Buick and Olds are another possibility, or pretty much any convertible will be set up this way due to the lack of a B-pillar.
