“Unless someone here claims to be a lawyer, it probably excludes the rest of us !”
Come on, you know as well as I do that everyone here is ex-military, ex-law-enforcement, has worked on any car you can name, is either an engineer or manages engineers, writes software, and is a ninja. Many of us are qualified to work on nuclear weapons. Why not a lawyer?
@OK4450, amen. I agree that it is not a good thing to be unable to leave negative rating for a buyer.
@Whitey, sorry but the customer is NOT always right. I worked at a surplus store for 10 years, we did whatever we could for the customer. But, no, we’re not going to sell a $30 computer, then let the customer return it 10 years later (yep, someone tried to do this.) Or just insist they should get some stuff for half off because they didn’t bring cash with them. Or buy stuff when the store is closed because they came in when we weren’t open. One customer flat-out told me (why would they tell me this?!?) that they fully intended to buy a computer, use it for a week, and return it to avoid having to rent one. This at a store we only accept returns for DOAs, so I pointed out that would not work. We had people INSIST they should be able to do all these things.

I’ve been a member of Ebay for YEARS…but never had a problem. Then again I haven’t sold or bought that much. The more you buy and sell the more likely you’ll run into the knuckleheads. I really don’t know what can be done. Something that large…there’s going to be problems. I know they exist…but just have to deal with it.

Have you been googling me?
