My grade school friend had a 53 Chevy but wanted a convertible. He just cut the top off. I don’t know what he did in the rain. My wife said she wanted a yellow convertible but she doesn’t drive a yellow car. I have all the tools if she ever gets one. The nice thing about the 53 though was the wheel base fit the railroad tracks, so it could drive down the tracks.
