I am shopping for a repair manual on dvd for my dad. He does not have a computer, so no cd’s, and he owns a '97 Suzuki Samurai (his buggy, he calls it) and he wants me to find a repair manual for it on dvd. I have looked, but am not having great luck. Does such a manual exist??

I seriously doubt it.

It would be a pain to try to manipulate a manual on a DVD while trying to fix the car. A computer or a good old fashioned book can be scrolled through or flipped through, but a DVD cannot.

Personally, I’d take a hard cover manual for home garage use. Shops subscribe to online services or use CDs now.
