# Random shake while idling

Hello there!

I am trying to find out what is causing my 2007 Mazda 6 S to shake while idling. 🤔

You can feel this slight shake at random times, it is barely noticeable. RPMs are steady and there is no CEL.

Not sure if this is related but the car jerks from time to time it when shifting if you are really light on the gas pedal, otherwise is smooth! Transmission is not slipping.

No shaking or vibrations during acceleration.

Where do I start? 🙄

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Try cleaning the electronic throttle body with throttle body cleaner.
