My 1993 Honda Civic is having issues starting after a night of rain. When this happened a month ago we tested the battery, which was fine, and ended up having it towed. After putting in a new relay assembly and coil assembly everything was fine… until this morning. Again, it doesn’t sound like the battery is dead, and again it’s been after a long night of rain. Any ideas?

Do you mean that it won’t turn over?

Or, will it turn over and just never start? (Try new spark plug wires if this is the case)

Spark plug wires is good, If it has a distributor a new cap and as long as you are in there a rotor would be a good idea.
