I have a '06 Rabbit with 19500 miles. The brake booster was replaced at 10000 miles. but now i’m losing power in the brakes again. brake fluid is full. anyone else have this issue with a Rabbit or VW?

The likely culprit is elsewhere besides the brake booster unless you are very unlucky. You are under warranty go back the dealer.

Define “losing power”. Are the brakes becoming hard to press or are they having a hard time stopping the car?
