> Answer (1 of 43): The dealer is sure it was stolen and not just being used by an employee while awaiting a part to arrive? Have you gone to the dealer in person? Looked for the car on lot and talked to a service manager in person.?

This is pretty simple and settled law. It is in the dealer possession and control and they are responsible for it. However, you have insurance so use it and your insurance company can battle with the dealership for reimbursement. Second, use a different dealer.
