@GorehamJ I don’t know if the problem is my end or the Community Forum. But i have to go through several tries to read any PM I get. I seem to remember that this was mentioned by Carolyn some time ago . ---

Ditto! The PMs will open eventually, but it usually takes 3 or 4 tries. ---

Mine open right up unless it is something that that moderators have sent about something that has been deleted. Then I never can find out what it was. ---

Same, you have to stick your tongue out the right side of your mouth, pat your head and rub your tummy and then your PM might open if you are lucky… 🤦‍♂️ ---

@VOLVO-V70 Thanks for flagging this. This issue has been flagged in the past. Thought it was resolved. Perhaps we have a regression from the fix. As you know, our site is very old, so very often, our fixes become outdated. Thanks for flagging. I have our tech team looking into it again. 🙂 ---

Not sure if the problem is solved but at least I can open the message now. One click shows the heading and a second click shows the message . Not ideal but better.
