I have a 94 Grand Marquis that the pass. front and both rear do not go up, the right rear makes a little noise but the others don’t make a peep, but if they go down a little you just work them up by hand. Is this a easy fix, is ir motors, regulators, off track or ?? ---

I can’t see from here. Someone will have to look at each one to figure out what is bad and then fix it. Some are easier fixes than others. Good Luck. ---

When my car did that it needed new regulators. If you replace the regulators, replace the motors, too. I paid about $70 each for mine (1998 Regal). Look for them on eBay Motors. To be sure, you meed to check for power at the window motors and inspect the regulators.
