I have a little foam in the power steering fluid resevoir and a whine in the morning when the vehicle is started and cold an is pronounced when just sitting and turning the steering wheel. Added fluid got a little better but someone said it is sooner than later going to need a new pump. 2001 dodge dakota sport with 105,000 miles.

I had really good luck with a Lube-Gard power steering additive.
