Well, there is one tip that is universal… two actually:

\*Make sure the belt is still on there and is tight.  
\*Make sure that it’s full of fluid.

Are you asking if we are having problems or do you have a problem. If you are having problems, it might be helpful if you would tell us something about them, including what make model and year of car, boat, bike, ATV or plane that may have the problem.

As it is it is like calling the doctor and asking if you have a problem.

Try turning on the engine first
