Problem doesn’t happen when mechanics drive car. Replaced power steering pump and rack and

pinion unit. Problem still occurs after being

parked or when driving and have to turn corner. Not related to cold weather or anything else. Any suggestions re cause?

There may be some suspension component worn out causing severe binding.
