The driver side power door lock will not work with either the fob or the switch. All other doors work. Is it something I can fix.

Take off the interior door panel and look to see if you see something obviously binding or unhooked.

You may have a faulty door lock actuator or possibly loose or corroded wiring/connections.

Test for 12V on each side of the actuator while activating the switch. One side opens and the other closes.
