How do you replace a parking lamp on a 2002 Honda Accord?

As the parking lamp is part of the headlight assembly, the headlight assembly requires removal in order to change out the parking lamp.

I tried taking out the assembly and I can’t find the last bolt on the left of the drivers side assembly. Thanks
