When I got my 2004 Hyundai Elantra back from the repair shop after having the clutch replaced My parking Brake no longer kept the car stopped when parked on no level ground. Is there a good chance that this could happen?

I don’t see how a clutch replacement would affect a parking brake.

Get in touch with the shop that did the work on your vehicle and find out what they may have done.
