It’s a great idea - for Paris. It wouldn’t work here and any politician trying to do that would likely lose the next election if his term lasts that long. ---

So SUVs keep driving around and not parking, continuing to pollute, waiting to pick up their passenger, since it is so expensive to park? Parking should be discounted for SUVs to keep pollution down. They should pay to drive the SUV. ---
