# OnStar battery drain

Not so much a question, but passing on input from a letter a reader sent in regarding the “Intermittent battery failure points to power drain” article.

“His experience with battery drain was due to On-Star Radio draining his battery. Cancelled his On-Star radio and has not experienced the battery drain anymore.”  
Didn’t specify what exactly from On-Star was causing the battery drain.
