Hi,

When driving I hear a noise that sounds just like a flat tire, but there was no flat. What could it be?

A wheel bearing could make this sound. Also, a tire with a bad belt could imitate the sound. If you can isolate the wheel, try replacing the tire and wheel with the spare.
